Both the ceremony and reception are at On The Levee in Dallas' Design District. Centrally located, there are plenty of Ubers as well as parking available at the venue!
What time is the ceremony?
We will begin at 6PM. We suggest arriving at the venue a few minutes early to catch up with friends, family, and grab a seat!
What's the dress code?
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire! Think cocktail or summer dresses for the girls or a suit and tie or a sports coat for the guys.
This is my first same-sex wedding, what should I expect?
You were chosen as someone whom we would like to spend our big day with because you have been a part of one of the groom’s lives in a major way. While we would love everyone to join us, we understand some invitees may have opinions on same-sex marriage. If you feel that your opinions may impact your ability to support the couple on their big day we ask that you choose not to come. No explanations for why you have chosen not to attend are needed on the RSVP card.
Like any wedding this is a celebration of two individuals who love one another, and as such there will be moments of displayed affection.
Many “traditions” have been omitted from our program to reflect the grooms’ vision for their big day, which is to celebrate with their closest family and friends.
What's the weather like?
Dallas weather in May can be unpredictable. Expect highs in the 70s-80s and a potential chance of rain!
Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The wedding and reception will be indoors. Cocktail hour will be outdoors on the covered patio!
Can I bring a plus one?
Unfortunately we have a strict guest list to stay on budget, so our wedding is RSVP-only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
Are the kids invited?
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event unless specified on your invitation. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
